วิธีแก้ปัญหา Add Printer แล้วเจอ Erro Connect to Printer 0x709

ปัญหานี้เจอตอนกำลังจะ Add Printer ที่แชร์ใน Wifi ครับ เครื่องแชร์ Printer เป้น XP ส่วนเครื่องของผมเป้น Win8 

ลองเข้า Add Printer ตามปกติ ก็เจอ แต่พอจะกดเพื่อ Add เท่านั้น เจอ Error แบบในภาพด้านบนเลย

windows could not connect to the printer check the printer name and try again. if this is a network printer, make sure the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct.

ผมลองวิธีแก้หลายตัวครับ ไม่แน่ใจว่าอันไหนทำแล้วได้ผล เพราะผมทำมันหมดทุกอัน สุดท้ายก็ Add Printer ได้ซะที

1. แก้ Registry

– เปิด Regedit ไปที่ HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Printers/Wizard
แก้ Set As Default ให้เป็น 2 แบบในรูป

พอทำวิธีนี้แล้ว Restart กลับมาเจออีกปัญหาคือ

Operation Could Not be Completed Error 0x00000709
double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network

พอเจอ Error แบบนี้ก็มาแก้กันอีก

เปิด Regedit ไปที่ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

คลิ๊ดขวาที่ Folder ชื่อ Windows เลือก permission

ไปติ๊กที่ช่อง Allow ของ Full Control

ต่อมาไปแก้ค่าใน Device ให้เป็น winspool,Ne00

และเพื่อความชัวรืให้แก้ Workgroup เครื่องของเราให้ตรงกับเครื่องที่แชร์ printer ด้วย

ถ้าไม่รู้ว่า Workgroup ชื่ออะไรก็ไป Properties ดูได้ที่ Printer ที่เราจะ Add

แล้วไปแก้ชื่อ Workgroup ใน System Properties (คลิ๊กขวาที่ My Compuer เลือก Properties)

เสร้จแล้วลอง Restart อีกที สำหรับผมพอลองทำที่ว่ามาทั้งหมดก็ Add Printer ได้แล้วครับ
